Locums Cardiovascular Surgeon

We are seeking a highly skilled Locums Cardiovascular Surgeon to provide comprehensive cardiovascular services in Saginaw, MI. The role includes both clinic and call duties, focusing on bread and butter open heart surgeries. The successful candidate must be capable of independently harvesting veins for bypass surgeries and maintaining accurate patient records using Athena system and Dragon voice recognition software.Responsibilities for this position include performing open heart surgeries, participating in the on-call rotation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care. The surgeon will adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols, ensuring the best outcomes for patients.Qualifications: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Surgery. Active and unrestricted Michigan medical license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) license. Proficiency in using Athena and Dragon voice recognition software.
