This is a part-time, in-person rounding, leadership opportunity in a skilled nursing facility. You will have an opportunity to deliver exceptional care during life's pivotal moments.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examsDevelop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needsMonitor progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomesCollaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals in a team approachEducate patients and families on health management and preventive strategiesMaintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with regulationsQualificationsCurrent medical license (State of North Carolina) and DEAExperience in post-acute, acute, emergency medicine, or clinic settings preferred but not required; new grads welcome to applyStrong clinical foundation and knowledge of healthcare regulatory standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCollaborative, team-oriented approach with a positive outlookAble to commute, relocate, and provide in person rounding in Canton, North CarolinaCompensation is fee for service (FFS).
