Learn more about this agency Requirements Conditions of Employment See Duties and Qualifications EVALUATIONS: Qualifications Bachelors Degree in human resources or a related field appropriate to work of the position, or three years of practical experience that demonstrates that the applicant has acquired the knowledge, skills, and abilities equivalent to that gained in the above.  Practical knowledge and experience with talent acquisition, federal background screening requirements and a human resource information system.  Must be able to effectively manage and administer an applicant and employment tracking system for assigned client groups.  Ability to communicate orally and in writing with strong attention to detail.  This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs may be required.  Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.
