We are seeking a BC/BE Rheumatologist to join our growing department at the Patton Forest Clinic in State College, PA. Job Duties: Revised compensation plan: Guaranteed base salary starting at $290,000 for candidates completing fellowship, adjusted for candidates with experience. Flexible schedule with minimal call/consults. Interaction with the system-wide Academic Rheumatology Department through fellow conferences, journal club, and grand rounds via teleconference. The ideal candidate will be a superb clinician who is patient-centric, dedicated to service and quality, and wishes to have a balanced lifestyle. The Rheumatology Department in State College includes 2 physicians and a nurse practitioner, and performs outreach services to nearby groups in Lewistown, Philipsburg, and Huntingdon. Includes an excellent osteoporosis practice utilizing a Mobile DXA service. Musculoskeletal Ultrasound service. In addition to a competitive base salary, medical school loan repayment, monthly fellowship stipends, and forgivable loans (bonus) may be available.
