Description Specialization:Internal MedicineJob Summary:HCA Florida North Florida Hospital in
Gainesville, Florida, in conjunction with the University of Central Florida College of Medicine (UCF
COM), is seeking additional faculty for their established internal medicine residency
program. Qualified Candidates:
Completed residency in internal medicine accredited by ACGME.Eligible
for Florida medical licensure.Emphasize outpatient care in practice.Collaborate closely with clinic
residents.Conduct clinic-only attending days.Participate in lectures exclusive to clinic
settingsEngage with a team of academic and clinical educators dedicated to physician
training.Benefit from extensive support by medical subspecialists within the program.Seeking
candidates eligible for internal medicine board certification.Recent graduates encouraged to apply,
particularly those with prior chief residency experience or strong academic backgrounds.Ideal
candidate would possess Point of Care Ultrasound training, though this is preferred rather than
mandatory.
