As the Front of the House Supervisor, you will play a critical role by ensuring our active-duty service members receive top-tier hospitality in a welcoming, mission-ready dining facility. Your direct leadership will ensure that our food service environment remains impeccably clean, highly efficient, and consistently inviting, directly contributing to the morale, welfare, and readiness of our military personnel.

Duties
Major Duties:
Directly supervises regular full-time, part-time, and flexible category employees
Plans and schedules work to be accomplished by subordinates.
Sets priorities and quarterly/annual goals
Resolves work problems and implements ways to improve production/quality of work within the department.
Identifies developmental and training needs of employees and provides or arranges for neeed training.
This is an emergency-designated position
Requirements

Must successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check. Any discrepancies must be resolved as a condition of employment.
Ability to sustain considerable walking, standing, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
Must have your salary sent to a financial institution of your choice by Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer.
Must walk or stand for prolonged periods of time.
Qualifications
Experience in the food service industry,
Experience with using a Point-of-Sale system.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Successful applicants must have a minimum of three years' experience in food service operations.
Education
There is no positive education requirement.

Salary is dependent on experience and/or education. Some positions have special requirements.Selectee may be required to complete a one (1) year probationary period.
