Nocturnist Hospitalist position in Milwaukee

Nocturnist Hospitalist position in Milwaukee. Secondary position located closer to Chicago. This position will have 144 shifts per year (only 40% of days) and will average about seven admissions per night. This hospitalist team boasts longevity and cohesiveness. Excellent physician to staff ratios, excellent rapport between local admin and the medical group. Your choice between Milwaukee or a location only 60 minutes to Chicago.Compensation to exceed $300,000 - for less than half the year.  Patient Care Quality Bonus Incentive Potential 2.5% of Base Compensation.  Anesthesia and Surgery available for central line placement.  No procedures required, closed ICU.  Respiratory therapy or Anesthesia available for intubations.  Responsible for floor RRTs/code blues in non ICU settings.  Good medicine and General Surgery support at night, remote cardiothoracic surgery, remote neurosurgery, tele-neurology for stroke alerts, and 24/7 availability of cardiac cath lab team.  Responsible for H&P and cross coverage for non ICU patients.  Community - Recreational opportunities abound locally and nearby.
