Interventional Cardiologist Needed for Weekend Call Coverage

Specialty: Interventional Cardiologist – Weekend Call CoverageLocation: Two sites in PennsylvaniaStart Date: Early 2025 Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Interventional Cardiologist to provide weekend call coverage. This position offers a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be Board Certified and have at least five years of experience in Interventional Cardiology. Schedule: Weekend Coverage: Friday 5 PM – Monday 8 AM Friday: 5 PM – 8 AM Saturday-Sunday: 24-hour call, 8 AM – 8 AM Average Shifts/Month: 3 weekends Duties: Provide call coverage for emergency Cath procedures, Code R, and other interventional needs Perform rounds (8 hours per day) during the weekend Collaborate with a non-invasive cardiologist and APP for support Perform other interventional duties as needed Qualifications: Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology Valid Pennsylvania state license required ACLS, BLS, and CPR certifications Minimum 5 years of experience required EMR: Epic Travel and Lodging: Travel support includes mileage reimbursement, airfare, lodging (up to $150/night), rental car, and ground transportation Privileges: Full privileges available, with cross-credentialing at both locations.
