Clinic PA/NP Wanted in Western Missouri - Sign-on/Relocation! CPH# JOB-3003649

This clinic in Western Missouri has an immediate need for an additional Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. They have a busy clinic and ideally need a provider with a minimum of 1 year of experience to provide both primary care and walk-in services in a rural community. The new APP will need to be able to work independently and perform office procedures. They should be trained/certified to treat all ages and be licensed or eligible in Missouri. The weekly schedule is 3 primary care shifts a week and 1 walk-in day, every 3rd weekend. This is base plus a lucrative daily volume bonus and annual quality bonus. Sign-on and relocation are negotiable, and the new APP will receive full benefits. Additionally, this clinic is an NHSC-certified site qualifying for government loan repayment!
