Director of Nursing

We are excited to announce an opportunity to join the prestigious MediLodge of East Lansing as a Nursing Director. This 99-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, rated five stars in Quality Measures, is a beacon of excellence in the healthcare industry. Director of Nursing experience within a skilled nursing facility is required. We are currently offering a $15,000 Sign-on Bonus. Preference will be given to candidates who reside in Michigan. Summary:  As the Nursing Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing the facility nursing program in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, applicable State and Federal regulations, and policies and procedures. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.  Education:  Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with a BSN preferred. Licenses/Certification:  Valid RN license in the state employed. Valid CPR certification. Experience: Three years of experience as a Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, or equivalent supervisory nursing experience.
