Obstetrics Gynecology – Hospital Medicine at Advocate Health - Downers Grove, Illinois

Advocate Health is seeking a board certified OB/GYN Hospitalist to join our team in Downers Grove at Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital, DuPage County’s only Level I trauma center, a certified Level III neonatal intensive care unit and Magnet® recognition for nursing excellence.
Job details

Hours: (173) 12-hour shifts per year which is about 14-15 shifts per month: 3 daytime 12- hour shifts per week (12-13 daytime shifts per month), and 2-3 night/weekend 12-hour shifts per month
Manage antepartum, intrapartum (including deliveries), and postpartum patients for AMG West Group during the day
Rounds/discharge all antepartum and postpartum AMG West Group patients
Circumcisions
Cover Gyn ED patients for the AMG West Group
Collaborate with Inhouse “level 3” physician as needed
Attend Hospital OB/GYN meetings as appropriate during regularly scheduled shifts
Sub-specialist access available, including MFM, Urogynecology & Gyn/Onc
EPIC EMR

Training and/or experience required
