Duties
You will serve as the government liaison for the contractor operated SWFLANT TRIDENT Exchange Pool Program.
You will asses contractor effectiveness in the operation and management of the exchange pool and advise management of findings.
You will oversee execution of programs and procedure for the TMDE exchange process to assess mission accomplishment.
You will develop, monitor and recommend improvements to integrated data collection and reporting systems that govern calibration recall and exchange pool management.
You will forecast program requirements and prepare statistical and narrative reports and briefings.
You will manage exchange pool replenishment funds and coordinate missing/lost/stolen reporting for exchange pool asset.
You will monitor the transfer of TMDE assets between fleet and the exchange pool contractor.

You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least three years of general experience, 1 year of which was equivalent to at least NH-01 (GS-4) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience serving as a liaison between government management and contractor personnel to assess performance, interpret directives, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements, while providing logistical or programmatic support for SSBN/SSGN platforms and Strategic Weapon System (SWS) operations, to include navigating unique operational or in-place calibration requirements, also demonstrating experience managing the logistics, physical transfer, and life-cycle support of technical equipment (such as TMDE), including strict accountability reporting for missing, damaged, or stolen assets and utilizing Management Information Systems (MIS) to extract and analyze complex data, identify negative trends, measure program effectiveness, and recommend systemic improvements.

Education
Education may be substituted for specialized experience as follows: NH-02:
successful completion of a four year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree; -OR-
a combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
