Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Patient Care Services/CNO, this leadership position is responsible for identifying, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating nursing standards of practice and operational quality improvement activities within the Emergency Department. The Director of Nursing - ED oversees all Human Resource and Educational activities to support the professional development and excellence of the nursing team.Brooklyn, New York, is one of the five boroughs that make up New York City, and it is known for its diverse culture, vibrant neighborhoods, and rich historyCompensation: $175,000 - $185,000Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Nursing school with a BSN. Master’s Degree in nursing or related field, or a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant Administrative/Supervisory experience. Doctorate preferred. Minimum of ten (10) years of nursing experience.
