We are currently seeking a talented and compassionate Full Time (Independent) Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at our facility in Brownsville, TX at Valley Regional Medical Center. You'll have the opportunity to operate at the top of your license and work as an Independent CRNA. 2-3 years minimum experience required FACILITY: Valley Regional Medical Center Autonomous CRNA Team - Lots of OB! Extra Shift Pay & Extra Call Pay Available! We Offer: Top of Market Base Salary $325,000 Base + $67,000 Call Stipend + $8,000 Quality Incentive = $400,000 Incentives, Stipends & $90K Sign on Bonus Autonomous CRNA Team Generous PTO - 10 Weeks Full Time, W2 Flexible Scheduling Diverse case mix: CRNAs will do all of their own cases, including Ortho, Neuro, minimal OB (if any), GYN, Endo, Major Vascular, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, Urology and General.
