Summary
This position is located at MWR Community Recreation Division - Physical Fitness Centers - Fort Campbell, KY.
This position is eligible for the NAF benefits package and leave accrual.

Duties
Assists Facilities Operations Team Leader; opens and closes facilities; locks/unlocks doors and windows, assuring security systems are operable; Conducts surveillance of total facility and reports any unusual findings to supervisor
Issues and receives recreational equipment to and from authorized users, collects applicable fees for items issued or damaged, accounts for and safeguards monies collected, and makes daily bank deposits.
Pre-checks, prepares, explains use, and monitors proper equipment usage; tracks inventory of supplies, monitors equipment condition and works with staff too ensure adequate equipment is available
Tests mechanical equipment for serviceability after each use. Removes damaged or unusable equipment from inventory. May be required to drive a motor vehicle as needed. Prepares work orders for maintenance which cannot be completed by staff.
Cleans interior and exterior areas of building , recreation equipment, supply and facility area to make facilities/playing fields/pools/outdoor courts ready for use. Performs other duties as assigned.

Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position
A one-year probationary period may be required.
Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
Successful completion of a pre-employment physical is required for this position. Position has a 45lbs lifting requirement.
Subject to satisfactory completion of pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
Must be able to work a schedule that includes rotating shifts, weekdays, weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays.

Qualification Requirements are:
Work experiencedemonstrating the ability to perform the duties described above and a valid drivers license.
Must be able to lift 45lbs (unaided).
Applicants meeting the following will be considered Highly Preferred:
Experience with inventorying products and reporting shortages to manager/supervisor.
Experience working with a cash register

PCS Costs
Payment of Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are not authorized based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government's interest.
Allowances and Differentials
This job is part of a pay-banded system. Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
