Summary
This position is located within the 136 AW in Fort Worth, TX. The purpose of the position is to organize, and produce intelligence augmentation products for and in concert with the Gaining Command's Air and Space Operations Center (AOC) and to train assigned military Intelligence Squadron members in the duties and functions associated with the intelligence organization in the Gaining Command AOC.

Appointment Factor(s): This is an Excepted Service position that requires active membership in a compatible military assignment in the Texas Air National Guard and wear of the military uniform.

All currently employed full-time permanent, indefinite, and temporary personnel of the Texas Air National Guard.
All current members of the Texas Air National Guard.
US citizens, US nationals or individuals who owe allegiance to the United States.

Remarks:
Texas Air National Guard Membership is required.
For positions requiring a security clearance (Secret or Top Secret) the applicant must possess or be able to obtain a clearance within one year of appointment.

Military Requirements:
Compatible military grade and assignment required prior to the effective date of placement. This is an excepted service position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the employing state's National Guard. Applicants need not have AFSC to apply. Upon selection, individuals must be assigned to a compatible military duty position in accordance with statutes and National Guard Bureau regulations and must obtain and maintain all requirements of the AFSC within one year of appointment.

Qualifications
To be considered for qualification, your resume must include relevant experience with beginning and ending dates of employment/experience reflecting the following:
Specialized Experience
At least 1-year specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade (GS-9) with experience, education or training developing and recommending policy, organizing and carrying out specific programs, evaluating and recommending changes in methods of intelligence operations. Experience in administrative, investigative, or technical work which required the applicant to deal effectively with others. Experience collecting, evaluating and organizing pertinent facts and to analyze and prepare clear and concise reports.

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related. Only experience/education gained by closing date of this position will be considered. A combination of successfully completed post-high school education and experience that may be used to meet total qualification requirements. Only graduate education in excess of the amount required for the next lower grade level may be used to qualify applicants for positions at grades GS-9 and GS-11.
