Description Specialization:Cardiology Heart Failure and TransplantJob Summary:Advanced Heart
Failure Cardiologist needed to establish and grow heart failure services at level II trauma center
in Portsmouth, NH to support development of a comprehensive Heart Failure evaluation and management
program.Qualified Candidates:
Board certification in Cardiology and Board certification/eligibility
following Fellowship Training in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant CardiologyMust have excellent
interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of nursing, physicians and
administration Physician will serve as a member of the Mechanical Circulatory Support program and
various heart failure initiativesWill work in close collaboration with regional transplant referral
programs
