We are seeking passionate and dedicated Advanced Nurse Practitioners to join our team at one of our Primary Care Outpatient Clinics. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic healthcare team that values excellence, compassion, and collaboration.
Primary Care Outpatient Clinic Role:
Patient-Centered Care: Provide top-tier primary care in a supportive, traditional clinic setting.
Work-Life Balance: Enjoy regular hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM โ 5 PM.

Position Requirements:
Education: Masterโs Degree in Nursing required.
Experience: 2-5 years of job-related experience required, with 6-10 years preferred.
Licensure/Certifications:
CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) certification
Current Registered Nurse License in Illinois
Nurse Practitioner License in Illinois
