Summary
McCoy's is the central hub of activity. Which includes Dining, Sports Bar, Bowling, Recreation and Leisure Activities and Conference and Catering Spaces. McCoy's Team provides high-quality service and a place to unwind for the Ft McCoy Community.
This is an open continuous announcement to provide a ready pool of available applicants as needed. List will be issued at managements request throughout the announcement timeframe.

- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position to include a physical.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Uniforms and name tags are provided and required.
- Must complete food sanitation and safety training within the first thirty (30) days of employment and on an annual basis thereafter.
- Operation is 7 days a week, schedule will be based on the needs of the activity. Subject to an irregular tour of duty including early morning, evenings, weekends and holidays are required.

Qualifications must be clearly verifiable in your resume.
- Ability to work without more than normal supervision.
- Ability to keep things neat, clean, and in order.
- Possess basic food preparation and handling techniques.
- Ability to interpret verbal and written instructions.
- Knowledge of basic sanitation principles.
- Ability to use and maintain kitchen tools and equipment.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds and frequently walk, bend, stoop, pull, push and reach.

- All FWS employees are entitled to overtime work for work in excess of 8 hours in a day or in excess of 40 hours in the administrative workweek, whichever provides the greater benefit to the employee.
- Incentives will not be paid.
- Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.

- Pay may be set between the bottom and top of the advertised rate. Credit may be given for NAF time in grade but most new appointees pay will be set at the bottom of the pay rate for each level.
- This is a mixed job, designed specifically for smaller NAF activities that required flexibility in employee work assignments. May be assigned to other activities based on mission requirements.
- These are Flexible on call positions and employees may work up to 40 hours per week but is based on peak seasons and mission requirements. Flexible positions are not entitled to benefits at this time.
- Duties may involve working both indoors and outdoors
- Driver's license will be required if operating government vehicles.
