POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Consult Liaison
Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to provide telehealth psychiatric care for patients of all ages in Wisconsin.
This weekends-only role offers a flexible schedule and is ideal for a provider interested in
providing consult liaison services for a hospital with a daily census of 5-8 patients that is
expected to increase over the coming year.
This Consult-Liaison Psychiatrist role is currently
classified as a 1099 contractor position with a pay per patient model, but IPC is open to discussion
of other contract models. Rates are currently set at $180 per initial consultation and $65 per
follow-up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform
psychiatric evaluations and manage medications for patients across the lifespan (children,
adolescents, and adults).
Provide consult liaison services to support staff and ensure timely
psychiatric interventions.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams to deliver coordinated,
high-quality care.
Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation in line with clinical and
regulatory requirements.
Apply a patient-centered approach to care, tailoring treatment plans to
meet individual needs and preferences.
Weekends and part-time only. 12-hour shifts are preferred,
but scheduling is flexible.

QUALIFICATIONS
MD or DO with Board
Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry.
Active, unrestricted medical license in
Wisconsin preferred (not required).
Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
one.
Experience with telepsychiatry and managing diverse, multi-age patient populations is highly
preferred.
Must be able to work remotely; candidates can reside anywhere in the U.S. (Wisconsin
licensure preferred).
