An award-winning independent community hospital in the greater Chicago, Illinois (IL) area is seeking a Urologist to join our team of over 100 dedicated health providers.

Position Details:
• 4-day work week with NO weekend call- great work/life balance
• Options for full or part-time- design your schedule
• Ample OR time and ideal clinic schedule - design your ideal practice to fit your life with supportive administration
• Easy access to DaVinci robot, lithotripter, greenlight laser, as well as any other equipment requested
• Partner and perform cases with strong OB/GYNs and general surgeons

Compensation & Benefits
• $640,000 starting base compensation with additional productivity and quality incentives available year 1
• FULL student loan reimbursement- pay off all your student loans with $20,000 annually from the hospital and PSLF
