**Neurointensivist Opportunity – Boston Area****Board Certified in Neurology****UCNS and/or ACGME-eligible or certified in Neurocritical Care**We are seeking candidates who are enthusiastic about contributing to these growth areas and are interested in future leadership roles.A Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center in the Greater Boston area is seeking a Neurointensivist to join a growing Neurocritical Care team.About the Role:Join a dedicated and collaborative team consisting of:• 5 Neurointensivists• 11 Advanced Practitioners• A newly renovated 9-bed Neurosciences Critical Care Unit (NCCU)Key Responsibilities:• Attend on the primary NCCU service• Provide Neurocritical Care consults across other critical care units (SICU, CT-ICU, MICU, CCU)• Participate in leadership initiatives and multidisciplinary collaborationsProgram Growth & Vision:Since 2015, the program has expanded significantly, with exciting medium-term goals such as:• Increasing NCCU bed capacity• Enhancing research initiatives• Establishing a Neurocritical Care fellowship programCandidate Requirements:• Board Certified in Neurology• UCNS and/or ACGME-eligible or certified in Neurocritical Care• Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts• Strong interest in academic medicine and program development• Committed to providing high-quality, collaborative patient careCompensation & Benefits:• Competitive compensation• Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, retirement, malpractice, and more)• Faculty appointment with academic rank commensurate with experience• Supportive leadership and administrative infrastructure• Opportunity to join one of Massachusetts’ largest healthcare systems Additional Information: - Specialty: Neurology - Location: Burlington, Massachusetts, United States - Contact: About the Company: Archway Physician Recruitment is a national contingency placement firm assisting hospitals and medical groups with their placement needs.
