Seeking a skilled and highly motivated Locums Neurology Hospitalist Neurology Physician to join this esteemed academic organization in Boston on a locum tenens basis. As a Locums NeuroHospitalist. This position offers flexible scheduling options, allowing you to choose between Monday through Friday, 5 on/5off or 7 on/7 off rotations. Additionally, we can offer flexible PRN scheduling to accommodate your needs.As a Neurology provider, you will be responsible for delivering expert clinical care to patients with neurological conditions in the inpatient setting. This includes diagnosing and managing complex neurological cases, offering evidence-based treatment plans, and ensuring thorough follow-up on patient progress. You will collaborate closely with other specialties such as neurosurgery, radiology, neurocritical care, and neurorehabilitation to provide comprehensive and coordinated care. Additionally, you will actively participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient safety, streamlining processes, and optimizing outcomes for neurological patients.Compensation: $250.00 per hourQualifications:Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.Board certification in Neurology from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) or equivalent.Massachusetts Licensed Required Proven experience as a NeuroHospitalist, preferably in an academic medical center or major teaching hospital.Must be local to the Boston area.
