seeking a board certified, experienced, Plastic Surgeon to help build and grow the comprehensive
plastic surgery program in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This is a rare opportunity to step into a
blank-slate practice with strong hospital backing, modern resources, and exceptional

Strong leadership support with flexibility to shape your practice and case mix Level II Adult &
Pediatric Trauma Center Light trauma call at one hospital location, daytime coverage only
Block time available for elective/planned cases Strong Network of general and specialized
surgeons Ability to perform a broad spectrum of cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries Practice
includes: Trauma-related plastic surgery Minor burn & Wound clinic Acute
surgery follow-ups Inpatient consults Outpatient clinic Opportunity to develop
