Qualifications GS-6: To be eligible at the GS-6 level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-5 level. Specialized experience is defined as: Reviewing documents or transactions (vouchers, receipts, invoices, etc.) for basic information such as signatures, prices, services, per diem rates, accounting codes or other data; reviewing and maintaining financial obligation or commitment documents; and providing information on the status of actions or responding to routine inquiries. Note: In order to be considered "qualified" for this position, your specialized experience must be described in your resume. Please be sure that your resume clearly states any and all of the specialized experience that you may have. If your specialized experience is not clearly stated in your resume, you may not be considered for this position. Interagency Career Transition Assistance Plan (ICTAP)- The ICTAP provides eligible displaced Federal competitive service employees with selection priority over other candidates for competitive service vacancies. Education Education cannot be substituted for experience at this grade level. Additional information Telework: Situational telework is subject to supervisory approval and may be permitted on an occasional, non-routine basis, from an appropriate off-site location and may be authorized to the extent that it is consistent with the mission of the Office. Situational telework is currently limited to 16 hours in a pay period and no more than 192 hours in a calendar year. Routine telework is not available. Payment of relocation expenses will not be authorized. Recruitment incentives may be paid to new or reappointed (after a 90 day break in service) federal employees as defined by 5 C.F.R. 575.103.
