Our physicians our passionate about care and play a key role in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.The physician works closely with pharmacists on medication management including reduction and reconciliation as necessary, they complete all federally mandated visits including initial H&Ps, Medicare required visits, and acute and follow up visits as medically necessary in collaboration with the nurse practitioner or physician assistant.We ask that you be board certified/board eligible in family medicine (FM) or internal medicine (IM), have a passion to serve active older adults, and a desire to lead.Responsibilities: Provide high quality, efficient, and safe care.Communicate to all stakeholders including IDT, family, pharmacy, and patient to insure safe careRound on all patients as medically necessaryParticipate in medical staff or facility committees to improve qualityParticipate in practice group meetingsWork closely with facilities and regional leadership to determine physician needSubmit timely and accurate billing, coding, and documentationExpected compensation is estimated salary range of $47,000 to $56,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
