728 - Backend engineer

We need an English-fluent Backend engineer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems for advertising and audience features of our
• platform, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Work with the marketing team to support the technical aspects of our platform.
• Development of our advertising platform integrations.
• Collaborate with product development teams to understand technical specifications and unique selling points of products.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, addressing any issues to ensure uninterrupted
• campaign execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve backend processes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting and segmentation.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Ruby, Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with database management, API development, and system integrations.
• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other third party integrations platforms is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent understanding of software design principles, algorithms, and data structures.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical.
