Notice of Result letters will not be sent to applicants who respond to this flyer. Duties You will serve as a Program Analyst, supporting and advising the Principal Assistant Program Manager. You will work with a programmatic and technical team of civilians, military and contractors in the prototyping, design, integration, production, and test of submarine-integrated specialized mission systems. You will use a high-level of judgment to a wide variety of interrelated subject matter, that include financial, contractual, programmatic, or other areas, requiring the ability to correlate and corroborate information into reports/records. You will analyze and evaluate program requirements and resources and perform program reviews to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and effectiveness across programming, budgeting, and procurement activities. You will also provide recommendations, courses of action, or corrective actions to support improvements. You will develop and deliver a wide range of substantive oral and written presentations and reports to internal and external stakeholders, and communicate results and recommendations based on your analyses. This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time. Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the pay band NH-03 (GS-13 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. LOCATION SALARY RANGE: Bremerton, WA: $141,367 - $197,200 Capped at $188,456 Washington Navy Yard, DC: $143,913 - 197,200 Capped at $191,850 Positions may or may not have a control point within bands. If the position has a control point; thus, the salary range for this position is capped at GS-15, step 05 which is currently for Bremerton, WA = $188,456 and Washington, DC = $191,850.
