**Family Medicine Opening in East Texas** 95 miles to Shreveport, LA; 160 miles to Dallas, TX Service are of 75,000 people Full time, permanent opening Outpatient Clinic-employed opportunity is now available in beautiful East Texas at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Nacogdoches, TX. **Practice Info:** This position is for Family Medicine in multi-specialty primary care FQHC in the Oldest Town in Texas. Our program is well-equipped, established, and looking for the right physician to help us move it to the next level. Our clinical records are electronic, currently utilizing the Sevocity as our EMR. Physicians are employees and thereby enjoy the ability to practice medicine without the headaches associated with running a private practice. Our medical clinic is a 12,700 sq ft building set up in a pod format with a total of over 30 exam rooms. We relocated to this new facility in June, 2011. Our dental clinic is in a separate 5,000 sq ft building across town (still in Nacogdoches) that was built for us in 2000. **Benefits as an employee include:** *100 hours (12.5 8-hour days) paid personal time off (PTO) in first 12 months with 100 hours also going into your personal PTO bank, usable under specific circumstances, and 200 hours/year thereafter. *Medical & dental insurance fully-paid *Occurrence professional liability coverage (through the Federal Tort Claims Act FTCA, per above), *8 paid holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, 2 days at Thanksgiving, and 2 days at Christmas (12/24 and 25), *Employer paid half of payroll taxes, *$1,000 CME annually (increases to $2,000 in the 3rd year), Retirement plan in which one becomes fully vested at 7 years, and up to $3,000 in reimbursement for documented relocation expenses We will also do a pre-tax salary deduction for contribution to a personal TSA (tax shelter annuity) or an after-taxes deduction to a ROTH IRA , if so requested and upon receipt of necessary paperwork.
