Step into a thriving orthopedic program and hit the ground running. Carondelet Medical Group is seeking a fellowship-trained Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon to join a high-volume, professionally managed practice on the St. Josephs Hospital campus in sunny Tucson, Arizona.Whether youre looking to grow quickly or simply want to practice with a team that truly supports youthis is the place to do it.Practice Highlights:Full-time, employed opportunity with a rapid ramp-upwalk into a busy, referral-rich environment60% outpatient / 40% surgical mix for a balanced and engaging scheduleAverage 25 patients per clinic day and 8-12 surgeries per weekPractice call required (shared, manageable schedule)Supported by the Joint Replacement Center, certified in knee, hip, shoulder, and ankle proceduresAccess to advanced technology including MAKO robotic-assisted surgery systemCollaborative, multidisciplinary team focused on quality outcomes and patient satisfactionOn-campus location for seamless transitions between clinic, OR, and inpatient care About the Program:Join a rapidly expanding orthopedic service line recognized for excellence in joint replacement.
