Radiation Oncologist Opening in Battle Creek, MI (Permanent) 25 miles to Kalamazoo, MI Position Overview: We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Radiation Oncologist to join our high-performing cancer team at a leading Cancer Care Center in Battle Creek, MI. This is a hospital-employed, mainly outpatient position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and shared call responsibilities. Join a dedicated team committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Position Highlights: Join a comprehensive cancer care team including 1 Radiation Oncologist (clinical director), 3 Medical Oncologists/Hematologists, 1 advanced practice provider, and a multidisciplinary clinical staff. Excellent referral base and support from the onsite medical oncology team. Proficiency in IGRT, IMRT, SRS, SBRT, HDR brachytherapy, and radioisotope therapy is required. Utilize advanced technology including two Varian Linear accelerators, a GE simulator, and Aria and EPIC EMR systems. Participate in various tumor boards such as breast, thoracic, cardio-oncology, gynecology, GU, and skin/melanoma. Affiliated with the Michigan Cancer Consortium, providing access to national cancer studies within the community. Support for clinical research and involvement in comprehensive care from prevention to treatment.
