Purchasing Director

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Purchasing Director to provide leadership and strategic direction for our centralized purchasing operations in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate will support a service-focused, cost-effective management system for the acquisition and delivery of supplies and services essential for patient care, clinical staff, and department personnel. Qualifications:  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field is required. Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in healthcare purchasing or materials management. Prior management experience in a large-scale integrated delivery network setting preferred, with a strong emphasis on large-scale vendor negotiation.
