**Psychiatric NP Opening in MN** Located in Fergus Falls, MN - Fargo 60m Medical group is presently recruiting a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Hospitalist to support our inpatient behavioral health unit. Medical center is an inpatient, 14 bed, locked unit that has a selective voluntary admission criteria to better serve the patients that want to seek our services. This allows the patients to receive treatment in a safe, non-violent environment. Patients are offered private rooms, with plenty of opportunities to interact through a shared kitchen, living room, and community room. Our inpatient treatment includes: Physical exam Mental Health Assessments Social History Individual Therapy Group Therapy Medication Occupational Therapy Daily Structure POSITION DETAILS & SCHEDULE: -Work a 7 day stretch, beginning Monday morning at 0700am through the following Monday morning at 7:00am -The Psychiatric NP is physically onsite during business hours to round on patients and to be available for Emergency Department patient consults or to provide psychiatric consults to the inpatient medical floor if appropriate for admission criteria upon discharge. -After business hours, on-call by phone -Rotating 7 days on/7 days off schedule with a Psychiatrist staffed for one week, and a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner the following week and on a rotating schedule EMR : EPIC COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: $2,000 annual CME reimbursement & paid professional dues and memberships Relocation reimbursement & Sign on Bonus 7% annual employer contributions into 401K plan; fully vested to the employee at the time the employee is eligible to participate in the plan Health, dental, vision, long term and short term disability insurance; malpractice coverage with tail 6 weeks paid time off About our Community: Fergus Falls is an area known for excellent private and public school systems community college, local wineries & breweries, low cost of living, nearby zoos, big box retail (Home Depot, Applebees, Caribou Coffee, Shopko, Walmart, and more), movie theater, bowling alley, event center, nearby resorts & casinos, health spas, YMCA, fishing, cross country skiing, kayaking, hiking, fishing, & biking.
