Summary The employee works under general supervision of Strategic Integration Office (SIO) Chief who identifies work assignments in terms of broad program objectives and mission requirements. The employee independently plans, develops, and directs applicable deadlines, projects, and overall work to be accomplished; interprets policies and regulations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures; integrates and coordinates work with other functions and programs as necessary; and resolves conflicts. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes meeting all of the following: responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and performing a variety of administrative and management support services essential to the direction and operation of an organization. Functions and services include program analysis, management analysis, resource management, formulation and execution of budgets, personnel management/administration, and information management. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Administration and Management Oral Communication Strategic Thinking Technical Competence Education FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
