Description Specialization:Pathology Anatomic and ClinicalJob Summary:HCA Healthcare Pathology Services and their Capital Division is seeking a Pathology Medical Director to be based at and oversee Grand Strand Medical Center in Myrtle Beach, SC.  This position would be expected to be a leader and team player, supporting the pathologists, pathology assistants and pathology staff, but also actively engaged in the medical staff as a whole.  The ability to collaborate with the rich multispecialty needs of the hospital is a key attribute.HCA Healthcare Pathology Services employs over 200 board certified multispecialty pathologists nationwide and provides professional services to over 100 HCA Healthcare owned hospitals as well as commercial clients.
