Locum Gastroenterology Opportunity in Pennsylvania

Location: PennsylvaniaSpecialty: Gastroenterology Position Details: Role Type: Full-Time, 24-hour Call Coverage Only (7 a.m. - 7 a.m.) Schedule: Minimum of 7 days per month; full-time availability preferred, including weekends Estimated Monthly Shifts: 30 days On-Site Requirements: Hospital call coverage, consults, and procedures with daily rounding (1-2 hours) Support Staff: Dedicated APP (inpatient services, consults, rounding, follow-ups) and an anesthesiologist available for sedation EMR System: Epic Requirements: Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology Experience: Minimum of 5 years (ERCP experience preferred) Licensure: Active Pennsylvania medical license Certifications: ACLS, BLS DEA: Required Job Responsibilities: Call Coverage: 24-hour call with a 30-minute response time Patient Admissions: 5-10 admissions daily Daily Encounters: Roughly 15 patient encounters per shift between APP and physician Typical Procedures: Colonoscopy, EGD, PEGs, and ERCP (preferred) Patient Demographic: 100% adult To Apply: If you meet the requirements and are interested in this opportunity, please submit your CV to be considered.
