Dermatology Physician Medical Director

We are a multi-site, multi-specialty non-profit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive care to all patients. We are seeking an experienced full time Dermatology Physician Medical Director with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in just South of Boston in Brocton, MA. Our Division of Dermatology handles a wide range of complex and routine cases, offering a variety of challenging work. Our practice is conveniently located with easy access to the highway. Key Responsibilities:Serve as a clinical mentor and leader within the Division of Dermatology.Work with leadership to identify and achieve growth opportunities.Manage a wide range of complex and routine dermatological cases.Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting.Maintain a schedule of 4 clinical days and 1 administrative day per week.No hospital call is required.Compensation & Benefits: Competitive starting two-year base salary guarantee, then lucrative w/RVU and quality based compensation. Sign-on and relocation bonus if applicable.
