**Pediatric Opening in Wisconsin** -Located in Baldwin, WI. Seeking a Pediatrician to join our team of providers. We are looking for a physician who shares our vision of creating a healthier tomorrow for our patients and is passionate about supporting our community members along their wellness journeys. Our ideal candidate will help with all aspects of care, including treatments and consultations as part of a physician/advanced practice provider team. The Physician will work in outpatient setting and will practice independently. The Physician will be included in the Newborn/Pediatric Call rotation on the inpatient unit. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** -Provides clinical care for pediatric patients; -Completes comprehensive patient assessments; -Determines diagnosis and treatment of illness; -Orders and interprets medical diagnostics; -Prescribes medications, treatments, therapy, and medical equipment; -Conducts patient education when working to manage chronic illness or wellness care; -Refers for specialty care when determined; -Promotes communication within the team and other interdisciplinary health care staff; -A patient-first approach, working towards increasing access for community; -Works with administration for program development; -Demonstrates awareness, understanding and respect of cultural diversity and patients of all ages and socioeconomic groups; and other duties as assigned. **Requirements** The group expects employees to understand and to incorporate the values of our organization in their day-to-day practice.
