Description Specialization:Surgery Critical CareJob Summary:St. David’s Healthcare would like to
recruit a practicing general/trauma surgeon to join a busy group of four surgeons in private
practice at our level II trauma facility in Round Rock, Texas.Qualified Candidates:
Joining a
well-established group with exclusive coverage of trauma and acute care surgery at a Level II ACS
certified Trauma CenterBoard certified/board eligible trauma/critical care surgeon or an experienced
3+ years general surgeon with extensive trauma experience preferred Licensed in the state of Texas
or ability to obtainTrauma and Critical care fellowship trained requiredRobotically trained
preferredMainly trauma, option to add electiveStart Date: ASAPCall: 1:5, 6 - 24 shifts per month
trauma/acute care surgerySupervision and teaching as faculty at Texas A&M Health Science Center
Medical School optional
Incentive/Benefits Package:
Private practice model, salary comes from call
pay and elective practice minus overhead
