Physical Therapist - Per Diem - Behavioral Health

The Physical Therapist delivers Physical Therapy service for patients. Provides in-service for hospital staff. Performs administrative duties. Plans and implements Performance Improvement Program. Provides physical therapy treatment as prescribed by physician.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy.
2. Minimum of five years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

Licenses and Certifications Required:

1. Physical Therapist License.
2. AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification or completed in the first 90 days of employment.
3. First Aid Program or completed in the first 90 days of employment.
