Michigan General Surgery position - up to $100k in student loan repayment

Michigan General Surgery opportunity. You will join a team of two other experienced surgeons. This is a bread and butter surgery position at a rural hospital, fellowship training is welcomed. There is a very strong referral base from the hospital and primary care providers in the area. This hospital is part of a 15 hospital health system, is 25 beds, successfully operating almost 150 years and has been voted a top 100 critical access hospital in the United States.Call is split between the team -1:3.  Competitive base salary + incentives.  Over $100,000 Student Loan Repayment available.  Generous Signing bonus.  4 weeks paid vacation and 6 paid holidays + 480 hours of stick time / year.  Paid occurrence based malpractice, CME, association membership dues.  Health, life, and dental insurance, retirement plan, and paid relocation.  Community - in the U.P. of Michigan.
