• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
• BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) is required within 60 days of hire
• Completion of one of the following required:

1. Certified Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant or Patient Care Technician program or
2. Fundamentals of Nursing program from an accredited school of nursing or
3. HMH PCT Apprenticeship Program
4. Or equivalent medical background experience, such as EMT, Home Health Aide, CMA, PCT, or Nursing Assistant.
