Job Description
Lutheran Hospital, part of the Lutheran Health Network, is seeking a licensed NP or PA to work in
our RediMed urgent care clinics. You will provide urgent and non-urgent healthcare and
occupational health services to patients of all ages, including fracture stabilization, laceration
repair, foreign body removal and minor illness management. Experienced providers or new grads with
strong critical care/ED experience will be considered. Known for exceptional quality of care,
RediMed has 6 locations throughout the Fort Wayne

Evaluate and treat wide variety of acute and chronic conditions as well as workers comp
injuries within scope of practice, including medication management  12-hour shifts available
