the RoleProvide primary care services within a skilled nursing facility, conducting rounds 1 day per
weekOversight to clinical operations and ensuring optimal patient outcomesCollaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement innovative care plansMentor and develop staff to
foster a culture of excellenceParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the
overall success of the practiceQualificationsMD or DO degreeActive and unrestricted North Carolina
medical license and DEAPrimary care experienceProven leadership skills and a passion for post-acute
careExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesCompensation is fee for service (FFS).
Expected compensation is estimated range of $138,324 to $159,028 annually with no cap on
