Our client is seeking full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physicians to join their medical community, as there is a growing demand for patient care. This opportunity offers a 100% outpatient practice in an exceptional and safe community, known for its family-oriented atmosphere and nationally recognized architectural landmarks. The community boasts multiple cultural attractions and provides convenient access to the vibrant cities of Indianapolis, Louisville, and Cincinnati.Hospital Employee, Outpatient only.  No Call.  Competitive Income Guarantee.  Favorable malpractice state with insurance provided.  Occurrence-based malpractice (no tail required).  EPIC EMR in office and hospital .  Sign-on bonus and potential quality bonus.  Competitive compensation package, benefits, paid time off, CME, and allowance.  Average # of Patients per Day per Physician/Provider: 18-20 patients per day.  Prefer 5 days/week but would entertain 4..  The hospital provides 24-hour emergency and inpatient services..  OTAL CASH COMPENSATION during guarantee = $260,000 per year.  $100,000 Sign on bonus.  Practice Operating Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm (closed noon-1pm for lunch).  On-Site Ancillary Services: CRH Lab.  each provider has an MA..  inpatient care provided by the hospital's own hospitalist program..
