The Licensed Clinical Social Worker treats patients by utilizing a variety of modalities as a member of the multidisciplinary clinical treatment team. Also, provides psychological/social interventions that support patients and families relation to behavioral health, levels of care, hospitalization, disease and illness and wellness and recovery.
We have a few great opportunities for Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Workers to work onsite and hybrid. Our positions include:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Outpatient Behavioral Health(Maywood, NJ) in a growing practice: Requires an NJ LCSW with a minimum of 2 years of post licensure experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in evidence-based practice (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, MBSR) and they will be expected to conduct individual, couples/family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities. This hybrid position will become fully onsite in the future.

- Licensed Clinical Social Worker(Neptune, NJ): Requires an LCSW with a minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience. The LCSW is a Healthy Steps Specialist with a specific focus on 0-3 population (https://www.healthysteps.org). This is an onsite position.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW).
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure work experience.
- Ability to perform psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Knowledge of crisis intervention theory, its application in variety of settings, as well as knowledge of disease management and disease process and differential diagnoses, and treatment techniques.
- Ability to work as part of a team, while building collaborative relationships.
- Must possess excellent follow through and attention to detail.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
Education, Knowledge, Skilla and Abilities Prefered:
- Ability to provide guidance/mentorship to other team members.
Licenses and Certifications Required:
- NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
