RN Supervisor - Med Tele Mid Shift

Up to $20,000 Sign-On Bonus 

(based upon experience)

Schedule: 

• Full-time: 40 hrs/wk
• Shift/Hours: 1200-2200 or 1300-2300
• Weekend requirement: one full weekend (Sat & Sun) per month
• Holiday requirement: on call, possible coverage if necessary
• Call requirement: rotates throughout leadership

Med/Tele:

Med-Tele 7 is a Medical Surgical unit that specializes in both Medical Surgical and Telemetry patients.  It is a 32 bed unit and nurses have between 4 and 5 patients.  There is centralized telemetry monitoring and remote telemetry monitoring capabilities.  Coworkers will see a wide variety of patient conditions, diagnoses, and surgical procedures.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM:

Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing
Licensure: Must have either a current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the State of Missouri
Experience: Two or three years experience required in patient care
Other skills & knowledge: Must have great interpersonal skills, high standards of care and accountability
 
PREFERRED:
Education: BS degree in nursing management or healthcare business-related field preferred
Experience: Supervisory or management experience strongly preferred
Certification/Registration: Prefer Orthopedic or medical surgical nurse certification.
