Join the Leading Women's Health Team in the Delta CNM Opportunity at Bolivar Medical Center

Bolivar Medical Center is actively recruiting two full-time Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) to join our well-established Women's Health Clinic. We are a 164-bed general acute care hospital delivering around 300 babies per year and are hoping to grow that number. We’re a growing Level II Nursery, and a designated Level IV Trauma Center. We are considering converting the clinic to a Rural Health Clinic and if so, we will add a mid-level provider to help see clinic patients.  About the position: Schedule: M-F   Call: 10 days of hospital per month 1:3 ratio, expect 0-3 calls per day Average patients per day: 30 in a full clinic day Services: All prenatal testing and services, fertility, well-woman visits, on-site ultrasound and lab, LEEP, colposcopy, IUD insertion and removal, family planning  Full-time urologist helps assist with any GYN surgical cases when needed Laptop provided to use at home to access patient's clinic and hospital record, view results, etc. Qualifications: Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of MS and DEA with full prescriptive authority CNM Certification  Notable Highlights:  Most prominent group in the area Rated “A” for Hospital Safety by The Leapfrog Group Recipient of The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval® Chest Pain Accredited by the American College of Cardiology Accredited facility for CT, Mammography and MRI by the American College of Radiology Voted Best Hospital by Delta Business Journal About Cleveland:  Located just two hours from Memphis, TN and Jackson, MS, with a growing population of 11k, Cleveland, MS has been named by Southern Living and Smithsonian Magazines as one of the best small towns in the south.
