Job Description
Opportunity for a full-time, board-certified Gynecologist to join our
multi-specialty group located in central Florida, at The Villages.
The incoming physician will be
office-based, joining 3 gynecologists and 1 nurse practitioner who work out of a new
state-of-the-art facility. The Gynecologist will provide gynecologic clinic and surgical services.
There is no Obstetrics.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive gynecologic assessments and
diagnostic evaluations for patients within our internal referral network of over 80 Primary Care
Providers.
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams including primary care physicians,
advanced practice providers, nurses, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient
care.
Educate patients and their families about gynecology health, disease prevention, and
management strategies.
Monitor and adjust treatment plans in response to patient progress, changes
in health status, and evolving clinical findings.
Job Requirements:
Medical degree (MD or DO)
from an accredited medical school.
Board eligible or certified.
Strong interpersonal and
communication skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
Ability to work collaboratively in a
multidisciplinary team environment.
Commitment to providing high-quality and compassionate
care.
