Group is searching for an experienced BE/BC Urologist to spearhead the development of its new Urology practice in Roswell, NM. Enjoy working in the outpatient and inpatient settings at hospital- a 27-bed community hospital that received a Grade A Leapfrog Hospital Safety Rating in 2022 among other accolades. **About Your Work:** -Lead the development of a new Urology practice w/ a strong referral network. -Administrative support w/ a team approach. -Inpatient/Outpatient Settings. -Expected Patient Load/Day: 25-30. -Clinic 3 days/week and OR 2 days/week. -Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m./No Weekends. -Technology/Equipment to include Rezum; Green Light Laser, Urolift, HOLEP, Biopsy, Vasectomy, Cystoscopy. -Epic EMR. **Recruitment Package may include:** -Base salary + wRVU production incentive. -CME allowance. -Sign-on bonus. -Medical debt assistance + Consultative services by Navigate Student Loans. -Relocation allowance. -Residency stipend. -Paid malpractice coverage. -Health benefits + Retirement plan. -Marketing + practice growth assistance. -J1 waiver support via State Conrad 30, ARC, DRA, HHS based on location and specialty.
